Ruto : We should consider making governor's seat a women's seat because they can do a better job

Ruto : Homabay is among the three counties in Kenya that have applied for a special economic zone license at the county level, I congratulate my dear sister Gladys Wanga for being among the three governors who have given us land. I will make sure in the next two weeks there's electricity on the SEZ. Of the three, two are from counties led by women governors, we should seriously consider making governor's seat a women's seat because women can do a better job.
