Kenya Human Rights Commission says corruption and capture of independent offices continue to plague President William Ruto’s government, one year into his reign. The human rights body has also accused the Kenya Kwanza regime over what it termed as an insatiable appetite to capture political parties and independent commissions contrary to article 250 of the constitution. The biggest letdown by President Ruto to Kenyans is the unfulfilled promises during the campaigns.
