As the government continues to enforce its 100 per cent transition policy to secondary schools the likelihood of some students joining and successfully completing high school looks unlikely. This is the case for two students in Garissa Township who are appealing for help to join secondary School. The two Titus Muli and Kelvin Muimi scored 352 and 292 respectively.Their parents can not afford to take them to school.
