The second body retrieved from collapsed South C building

The body of the second victim of the South C collapsed building has been retrieved, three days after the first was pulled from the rubble. Lands, Public Works and Housing Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome who was on site has warned of tough action against those who will be found criminally culpable.
