A section of Western MPs opposes sugarcane tax via e-Tims

A section of politicians from the western sugar belt have strongly opposed the recently introduced sugarcane tax via the electronic tax invoice management system (e-Tims). Likuyani member of parliament, innocent Mugabe, argued that the move by the government through KRA will only add to the burden the farmers are already enduring. The leaders further insisted that the government needs to look for alternative sources of revenue and not just taxation.
