Security agencies yet to find a solution to persistent killings in Kapedo

The scale of deadly attacks reported from Kapedo from time to time is shocking, scary and concerning. From time to time, Kapedo has hit the headlines and become a subject of national discussions as tens of deaths are reported yearly. Politicians have been accused of being behind the skirmishes while security operations have also been blamed for making a bad situation worse as residents when police officers use excessive force to get them to surrender illegal arms.
