The selection of senior school pathways under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) has kicked off nationwide. 1.2 million grade nine learners are expected to choose three subject combinations and four schools per pathway using a new automated platform rolled out by the ministry of education. Basic education principal secretary ambassador julius bitok says the process will run for three weeks and close on june 30, 2025.
