In the movement to promote the talents of young people in the localities, the senate is planning to make a law that will enable the central government to build sports centers in all counties.
Some senators led by speaker Amason Kingi have said that many young people in the localities have talents that need to be weeded out and provide employment opportunities.
Speaking in Mvindeni, Kwale county during local talent matches, the senators said they are ready to pass into law a bill prepared by senator-elect Raphael Chimera to enable the government to establish sports centers in every county.
