Seven killed in suspected bandit attack in Mwingi

Jeff: tension remains high in Kwa Kamari village in Tseikuru, Kitui county, following a retaliatory attack on Saturday afternoon that left seven people dead and several others injured. Olive: Authorities say the attack occurred when herders from a pastoralist community raided the village, in what police describe as part of an ongoing cycle of retaliatory attacks between pastoralist groups and crop-growing communities in Tseikuru.
