Defence Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya has challenged African nations to take the lead in shaping global rules on the use of artificial intelligence in the military. Addressing a high-level regional workshop in Nairobi, Tuya warned that leaving such critical decisions to powerful countries could expose Africa to policies that undermine its security. Ben Chumba reports.
