Shona and Rwandese communities in Kenya decry state of affairs

With three days remaining before the government phases out the old generation IDs and ushers in Maisha Namba cards that will have unique personal identifiers, formerly stateless persons and now Kenyan citizens want the immigration department to activate their identity cards and get incorporated into the IPRS system to enable them to access various government services.
