Differences have emerged among residents of Kericho and Bomet Counties over the construction of a 6 billion-shilling National Referral Hospital. The construction of the hospital which is expected to serve the south rift region was set to commence in 2014 but was delayed due to the unavailability of funds. Locals are now divided on where the facility should be built.
