From stages to stadiums: Tems wants to change the game for women - BBC Africa
She's a global superstar with two Grammys to her name, but Nigerian artist Tems acknowledges that things have not been easy for her as a woman in the music business.
And that's why she's launching a new platform aimed at empowering young female artists – whether they're singers and songwriters, producers or sound engineers. The project is kicking off in Nigeria, but she hopes for it to become a pan-African initiative.
Ambitious beyond just music, @temsbaby is also now the owner of US football club, San Diego FC.
Produced, filmed and edited by Adekola Olawle.
