Public transport company Super Metro Limited is urging the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to reconsider its decision to suspend their nationwide operations over regulatory violations.
The suspension, which took effect on Thursday, was imposed due to multiple violations. According to NTSA, the company failed to comply with vehicle inspection and licensing requirements. Additionally, it was found to have breached speed limiter regulations, employed unqualified drivers, and violated labor laws.
Super Metro has expressed concerns over the impact of the suspension on its operations and commuters, urging NTSA to engage in dialogue to address the issues. __
