Tackling cross-border crime | Prosecutors keen to tackle transnational organized crime

Kenya and the Kingdom of Morocco have stepped up the war on transnational organized crime and money laundering following the signing of an MOU. The memorandum of understanding signed by the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Hajji and Morocco`s President of the Public Prosecutor`s office Dr. Moulay Hassan Daki sets the stage for a partnership to jointly tackle regional crimes.
