With just 15 days to the start of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, Team Kenya has intensified its final training sessions as athletes fine-tune preparations for the competition.
Leading the team's campaign is 2022 Commonwealth Games javelin bronze medallist Julius Yego, who says the athletes are in high spirits and fully focused on securing podium finishes in Glasgow.
The National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOCK) has expressed confidence in the team's readiness, saying preparations have progressed well and that athletes have received the necessary support ahead of their departure.
