A disturbing pattern of child dumping in Tharaka Nithi County has once again come to light after a baby was discovered abandoned in a thicket by a passerby on Thursday night. This latest case brings the number of infants found dumped in various parts of the county to seven within just two months. All the children found are between days old and 3 months.
