In a show that replicates the events of June 25th, 2024, thousands of Gen-Z youth stormed the Nairobi central business district to honour those who were killed and also condemn the surge in cases of police brutality. Armed with national flags, phones, and vuvuzelas, the young men and women, some of whom walked from their homes, camped in the city, engaging police officers in running battles as they pushed to access the state house.
