Ruth Mailu, the officer in charge of employment services at NEA, said the authority has successfully partnered with reputable employers in Dubai who are ready to recruit qualified Kenyan youth. She spoke during a major overseas job recruitment exercise held in Kilifi County, which drew thousands of young job seekers. The event is part of the government’s broader strategy to address youth unemployment.
