More than 600 traders in Thika, Kiambu County have vowed to block efforts by Kenya Power and Lighting Company to evict them from their trading location in order to put up offices. The traders who operate near the Thika level 5 hospital gate say the area was a road reserve and not within premises of the electricity distribution company.
