Trans Nzoia farmers alarmed over fertilizer shortage

Farmers in Trans Nzoia County are raising the alarm over a fertilizer shortage as the planting season gets underway. Agriculture CS Mutahi Kagwe says the government will pay fertilizer suppliers soon amid fears of hoarding due to lack of payment.
