Tribunal blocks Sifuna’s ouster as ODM SG

Edwin Sifuna has received a reprieve after thePolitical Parties Disputes Tribunal quashed his ouster as the ODM party Secretary General. The tribunal also stopped any gazettement of Sifuna’s replacement until the Tribunal hears his case on the 26th of February. The move came just hours after Sifuna came out blazing that he was going nowhere and that he was still the duly elected Secretary General of the Orange party.
