Nangaa, ambaye aliwekewa vikwazo na Marekani kwa ufisadi na kuingilia uchaguzi wa 2018, alisema muungano huo utavileta pamoja vikundi mbalimbali venye silaha vya Wakongo, wanamgambo, na jumuiya za kijamii na kisiasa.
