Two Bandit Leaders Surrender in Kerio Valley Crackdown

Two suspected bandit leaders, Meshack Kibor and Branson Tarus, have surrendered to authorities in the volatile Kerio Valley, Elgeyo Marakwet County. The surrender happened in Kabetwa, days after the government issued a seven-day ultimatum for illegal firearm holders to hand them over or face the full force of the law.
