UDA officials hail by-election sweep, pledge support for Ruto’s re-election

United Democratic Alliance officials say the clean sweep of thursday's by-elections is a sign of the party’s foothold in the grassroots, expressing confidence in the re election of president William Ruto. As Laura Otieno reports, Embu governor Cecily Mbarire the party's chairperson has said the party will be seeking a review of nomination slots within the county assembly, to reflect what she says is the political prowess of UDA.
