Ufaransa yaimarisha ulinzi kuepusha ghasia zilizotokea Amsterdam
Mamlaka nchini Ufaransa imeongeza ulinzi mjini Paris kabla ya mechi kati ya Ufaransa-Israel siku ya Alhamisi, kwa matumaini ya kuepuka kurejewa kwa ghasia mbaya kati ya wenyeji na mashabiki wa soka wa Israeli kama zilizotokea Amsterdam wiki iliyopita.
Mechi ya Nations League itakayochezwa katika uwanja wa Stade de France inafanyika wakati kuna hali ya wasi wasi, huku uhusiano wa kidiplomasia baina ya Rais Emmanuel Macron na Kiongozi wa Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu unayumba kutokana na vita vya Israel huko Gaza.
Takriban maafisa polisi 4,000 watalilinda tukio hilo, polisi wamepelekwa uwanjani, nje ya uwanja na kwenye usafiri wa umma, polisi mjini Paris ilisema.
Maafisa polisi kadhaa na magari tayari yameanza kufanya doria nje ya uwanja wa Stade de France siku ya Jumatano mchana, wakati timu hizo mbili zikiwa katika mazoezi.
