Former President Uhuru Kenyatta says the M23 rebel group has agreed to withdraw from more regions in North Kivu to allow for constructive dialogue toward peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo. M23 which has already withdrawn from Sake-Mshaki-Neenero and Kilolirwe will leave Kitchanga on Tuesday.
