United Opposition counters President Ruto, questions his development record and governance

The United Opposition has hit back at President William Ruto over his development record, following sustained attacks from the Head of State that the opposition has nothing to show Kenyans. Opposition leaders says it is President Ruto whose track record is questionable accusing his administration of extra-judicial killings and the decline of key state parastatals.
