Bi Nizigiyimana ni mmoja wa raia wanaoishi katika makazi ya muda baada ya wenzake kuhamishwa katika maeneo salama.
Mafuriko katika eneo hili yamekuwa yakitokea mara kwa mara kutokana na mto Rusizi kuvunja kingo zake na kupanda Kwa viwango vya maji katika Ziwa Tanganyika.
