Wakulima kutoka eneo la Sagama kaunti ya Migori wanakadiria hasara ya zaidi ya shilingi milioni moja, baada ya takriban ekari 100 za mahindi kuharibiwa na tumbili. Kulingana na wenyeji wa eneo hilo, idadi ya tumbili hao imeongezeka maradufu na kusababisha mzozo kati ya wakaazi na wanyama hao. Hata hivyo shirika la huduma kwa wanyamapori nchini KWS limepuuza madai kuwa tumbili hao wametoka katika mbuga la Ruma huku wakiwarai wakaazi kushirikiana na maafisa kutoka shirika hilo ili kutatua mzozo uliopo.
