Sirisia Member of parliament John Waluke on Friday surrendered himself to police at the Milimani law court after high court judge Esther Maina on Thursday upheld his 67 year prison sentence for defrauding the National Produce and Cereals Board of 313 Million shillings. The judge had given him the option of a fine of one billion shillings.
