    Huku idadi ya wanaojisajili kupokea mikopo ya hazina ya hasla ikiendelea kuongezeka, kiwango kinachotolewa kinazua mtafaruku huku wengi wakisema hakitoshi kuendeleza au kuanzisha biashara kama ilivyolengwa. Hata hivyo waziri wa vyama vya ushirika na biashara ndogo Simon Chelugui, anasema kuwa pesa zaidi ya shilingi bilioni moja nukta nane zimetolewa kwa wakenya kufikia jumamosi saa sita mchana huku shilingi milioni sita zikiwa tayari zimelipwa na waliopokea pesa hizo. Na kama vile Emily Chebet anavyoarifu, baadhi ya wakenya wamenaitaka serikali kuongeza mkopo wanaotoa ili waweze kuzalisha na kuregesha baada ya wiki mbili
