- 40 views
Security personnel in the country have made significant strides in the war against drugs and substance abuse. Seizures of large quantities of drugs like heroin, bhang, and cocaine and apprehension of drug barons trying to smuggle them through border posts have also been made. This progress follows the deployment of a multi-agency team, including specialized police dogs in the fight against the drugs menace. Over 51 suspects have been arraigned in court.
