War of words erupts over Nakuru political violence

A heated war of words has erupted over the chaos witnessed on Friday during a DCP party meeting in Nakuru County. Government and opposition leaders are trading accusations over who orchestrated the violence reported in the Soko Mjinga area. DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua has alleged that some government officials planned and financed the unrest. But as Citizen TV’s Ben Kirui reports, Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo has assured that all political leaders will be guaranteed security without discrimination.
