Water services providers are being challenged to rein in on widespread use of non revenue water sources that would be a huge source of revenue if regulated. Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Zacharia Njeru while presiding over the launch of the Water Services Regulatory Board Strategic Plan lauded the significant strides the board has made in provision of the essential commodity to Kenyans. Njeru however challenged the providers to capitalize on tariffs as the most reliable source of revenue.
