Baraza la wazee wa jamii ya Pokot limetaka viongozi kutoka Baringo na Turkana wanaozozania mpaka wa Kapedo kusitisha matamshi ya uchochezi yanayoweza kusababisha ghasia katika mpaka huo. Wazee hao wamesema kumekuwa na cheche za maneno kati ya viongozi wa pande zote mbili. Wazee hao wanataka mkutano baina ya viongozi wote ili kukubaliana kuhusu juhudi za amani huku IEBC ikisubiriwa kuratibu mipaka. Mahakama Kuu ya Kitale ilikuwa imeamua kuwa Kapedo iko katika kaunti ya Baringo ila kaunti ya Turkana ilipinga uamuzi huo kwa kukata rufaa.
