National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula is set to address the House on Wednesday afternoon regarding the Majority and Minority question, following a chaotic Tuesday Afternoon, where the Minority side moved to occupy seats reserved for the Majority party, citing a High Court ruling that declared Azimio the Majority coalition. The legislators did not hold a morning session as is the case normally following the speaker's ruling. The chaos delayed the approval of members set to sit in the House Business Committee, chaired by Speaker Moses Wetang’ula. The powerful committee is responsible for determining the House’s calendar and approving all business before it is tabled. It includes the Majority and Minority leaders, their respective Whips, and nine other members nominated by parliamentary parties and approved by MPs in a plenary session at the start of each session.
