Who killed the National Treasury employee Evans Chirchir?

Evans Chirchir who until his death worked at the National Treasury died from an accident involving a motor vehicle. This is according to an autopsy report on his body, with police investigators in Machakos saying that a driver of a car whose side mirror fragments were recovered from the scene where the body was recovered, has admitted to causing the accident. Meanwhile, National Treasury through Principal Secretary Chris Kiptoo says Chirchir’s death has nothing to do with his work.
