National police service Commission says all the police recruitments and potentially promotions will be done through online system in future. Speaking in Nairobi county, acting National police service Commission Chairman Edwin Cheluget, said the online transition aims to reduce human interaction and improve efficiency in the service delivery.Meanwhile, the commission is currently interviewing 132 police officers from various departments to be promoted to the ranks of inspectors.
