William Kabogo addresses the issue of university student Mercy Keino's death
"The issue of Mercy Keino is a very tragic one. First, I had not invited people to a party. This is a case of being in the right place at the wrong time. It was in a public hotel/restaurant. I sincerely and truly had nothing to do with the death.
"An enquiry conducted over the same made a finding that the late Keino was a victim of a hit and run. I was exonerated. I sympathise with her family, and may her soul rest in peace. One day, the truck driver of vehicle that killed her will pay."
