Mombasa Deputy Governor Francis Thoya has hit out residents for littering their environs. He said the County Government was trying alot to ensure garbage was collected day and Night. Mr Thoya asked the Youth in the region to participate and ensuring littering in the streets stoped. He was speaking during the World Environment Day held in Tudor.
