Yetu Initiative helps civil societies mobilize over Kes 270m to promote sustainable development

Civic Engagement: Around the world, impact investing models are changing. In Kenya, the Yetu Initiative, is a champion for community philanthropy approach that seeks to empower local development organizations in finding solutions to local challenges while driving socio-economic development in their communities.

The Yetu Initiative has since 2014, helped 323 civil society organisations mobilize over Kes 270million to help them promote self reliance and locally sustainable development endeavours across 29 counties in the country.
