Governor Wavinya pledges to complete projects

Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti has pledged to complete unfinished projects initiated by former governor Alfred Mutua and ensure residents of her county get value for money from the projects. Speaking at the African Inland Church on Sunday, governor Ndeti defended her adminstration's record saying recent audit queries on the new county office complex was on delayed completion and not on misuse of funds. She says the county has submitted requisite documents to the office of the auditor general The governor called on residents to take advantage of the ongoing rains and engage in farming and planting of trees.
