A key role of the National Teachers Conference is to strengthen the capacity skills of agriculture Teachers and Patrons of Young Farmers Clubs of Kenya nationally. The membership is drawn from the 47 counties in Kenya.
The annual conference also brings in experts from the relevant fields of agriculture to educate, share and shape the members on modern technologies and innovations in agriculture. Upon completion, teachers are accredited with participation certificates.
