President William Ruto has urged Kenyans without national identification cards to take advantage of the government’s waiver on application charges to acquire the crucial document. The President, who spoke in Vihiga County during his ongoing development tour of the Western region, said the waiver will make it easier for citizens to access government services and benefit from national programs. He also urged Kenyans to register with the Social Health Authority to ensure universal access to healthcare.
