Autopsy inconclusive in Kawangware boda boda operator death, IPOA launches probe

An autopsy to determine the cause of death of Jack Lyone Maloba, a boda boda operator who died in police custody at Kawangware police post last Thursday has not conclusively revealed if he was strangled or died by suicide. In his finding government pathologist Dr. Bernard Midia stated the cause of death as hanging. Meanwhile the Independent Police Oversight Authority has launched investigations into the death of Maloba who according to family members feared for his life.
