KFS demolishes Loromoru Primary School in Baringo County

Learning came to a standstill on Monday at Loromoru Primary School in Baringo County, after the Kenya Forest Service demolished the institution on Saturday night, saying it sits on gazetted forest land. The agency, which has pledged to relocate the school, says it was illegally built within Mukutani Forest, raising conservation concerns.
