Health CS Aden Duale has clarified the relationship between SHA and DHA, saying the two government agencies are working together to transform healthcare delivery. He noted that DHA owns and manages the digital health platform, while SHA has independent and secure access to process and manage claims, a collaboration aimed at improving efficiency, accountability and seamless service delivery for Kenyans.
