Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi has defended the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda, saying he is now a student of the strategy and fully supports policies that put more money into the pockets of Kenyans. Mbadi said that even if such measures are viewed as a campaign strategy, they should continue as long as more citizens benefit economically.
