A massive 720-kilogramme alfajor — believed to be the largest in the world — was revealed and shared with the public at the MAR Museum as the city marked its 152nd anniversary. The giant dessert, prepared by a team of pastry chefs over two and a half weeks, drew crowds who watched the final chocolate coating, the ceremonial cutting, and later enjoyed free slices in a celebration of tradition, teamwork and local pride.
